|  Another new guy here
Hey all! Bought my used 2006 M50 a couple of months ago, got my license 1 month ago and have been riding every chance I get. Never owned a street bike and haven't owned a dirt bike in 15 years. Thought I wanted a Honda Aero at first because I needed something small since I was just starting out but big enough for my size (6'1" 200lbs). Found the Honda I wanted about an hour and a half down the road. Got there and saw my M50 parked next to it and quickly changed my mind. Sure glad I did, the bike fits my size better, has plenty of power, and was more modern. The bike came with a memphis shades small windshield and 200mm Metzeler on the rear, replacing front with a metzeler this week. I added a cobra standard sissy bar and suzuki OEM engine guards shortly after I brought it home. I added a set of kuryakyn levers because I dropped my bike last weekend and broke the OEM brake lever. Car was on the wrong side of the road when I pulled out of my driveway, hit the brakes and the bike went down in a second. Could've been worse though. I have learned alot before I joined and sure I will be learning even more now.
