When people talk to me about my bike, they first reference all the black and how great it looks.
All that's gone now.

Frankly, this looks like the Kaw 900 Custom with a goofy headlight.

I hate it. I really hate it.

Cant believe they aint swapped the rear drum to a disc setup ,..thats just a natural progression surely!!!!and as mentioned ..too much chrome for the m,...maybe the cowl headlight would look cool with a dual light installed.....over all its not the M anymore.......i reckon suzuki should check this forum for design/styling ideas.....why would i want to ride about on a underpowered 109 clone............just totally lost its unique look n character...sort it out suzuki...

Ummmm.5 years and still no rear disc or 6th gear! Our homemade mods look better than that! Without the cowl, dare I say it looks like a VTX?

I agree...I like the unique look of the M50, and the "no longer unique" look of the M109. I actually considered upgrading to the M109, but as soon as the M90 came out, and now this one, they all look the same, just different sizes.

I think I'll keep mine.

Too much chrome. The murdered out look is where it's at.

I agree w/ Don M50, I would of bought something else. I liked the sport look to the rear end and the blacked out concept. I admit though I like the headlight.

Considering its "Blacked Out" heritage, maybe they will offer that as the Limited version which we see every year.

I guess I better run out a buy another M50 08 used cause i don't like the 2010 at all.
Why do I want to look like an M109?
I like the headlight on the current M anyway, one of the reasons i bought the bike TWICE!!!!
Oh well, things change. No worries.

I already mentioned it... but everytime I look at the new M50... UUUUUGLY! The M109 has a look of it's own which makes it cool but the M50 had an awesome look of it's own also. Sorry.... but the new M50 does not have the same muscle look that I really liked about it. Looks like a botched up M50 that some designer decided to slap on some parts on it. Does not flow well at all.

I like the new styling ALOT better. Just have never been crazy about the whole headlight cowl thing on the M's. For me it takes away from the cruiser look.
