|  08 arrives last night, boy am I happy
Well, I trailered the Harley Nigthtster up to Chicago yesterday morning and picked up the M50 last night. Hadn't kept that trailer empty long before a new bike was rolled up in her. I rode the bike last night late and for a couple hours today. Gotta say I wonder why I ever sold that 07 M 50 that I enjoyed so much. Still, glad I got the Gray sliver metallic and yellow special. This 08 looks awesome. Had only 380 miles on it since last August. Only a little dust. Now I continue to break in the engine and change out a few things. I love this forum, you folks are wonderful. I'm having as much fun on the forum as I am with the M. I needed to mention that my wife noted the new M looks like a bumble bee. Yellow and black! The neighbor came over today and out came the same words. I had already decided to call her the Bumble Bee. The tank badges were coming unstuck so I pealed them off the rest of the way and will have professionally painted Bumble Bees painted on in those locations. Best, Ken |
