|  Fuel Tank Venting Problem
2008 M50 (California version). When ever my gas tank is near full and I shut off the engine, the tank whistles at the gas cap from pressure (or vacuum) building up in the tank. If I open the cap I can hear the release of pressure (or vacuum, not sure which), but it just repeats. Doesn't seem to affect performance but the whistling sound is annoying. Obviously can't hear it when riding but when parked it's is pretty loud. Seems a properly venting system would prevent this. Any ideas?
