Default Stupid Mistake!

Well I dropped my Bike. My brand new M50. All because I forgot the kickstand up.

Honestly! Who makes that kind of mistake?? I'm never accident prone, and always very careful, but the bike goes down. By the time I realized my kickstand was up, it was too late and I couldn't get the bike back up.

I'll try to get a picture up soon of the damage. I only damaged one piece, but it's a bad one. I Dented the gas tank right on left badge. The dent is 3/4 the width of the badge. No scratches or damage to the paint, just dented sheet metal.

Luckily there's a paintless dent removal guy in the city, he's coming to look at it on monday. I'll have to take the badge of so he can work on it, but I was planning on debadging the bike anyway. Is there any reason why the paintless dent removal won't work on an M50 gas tank? Is it double walled or anything like that? I've seen youtube videos of guys working on crotch rocket gas tanks and they do some amazing stuff.

I had to rant to someone about this because my Girlfriend is getting tired of hearing about it.

Someone hit me
