|  Noob maneuver
A few days ago, I decided it was about time to throw the battery back in the bike and go for a ride. So, i put it in, hook it up and start 'er up... or so I thought. Cranked it over and over a few times... wouldn't start... at this point I was getting angry. Then I tried to run it down the road and release the clutch to get er goin, I thought the battery may be shot... I dunno... well that didn't work. So finally, I took off the seat and made sure I had everything hooked up correctly. Turns out, I didn't have my power commander hooked up to the battery  . I took care of that minor faux pas, and finally got in my first ride of the season. I debated whether or not I should share this with the forum, but I can laugh at myself, and I figure you'd all get a kick out of it. First ride of the season excitement! We all know how it is, except you southerners! |
