|  Obsessed?... or Possesed?
Ok, my daughter say's I'm "freakishly obsessed" with my bike. Tell me if this sounds familiar, or I have a serious problem. I wipe it down every night, and after a ride. On cold, rainy days, I go to the shed, fire up the kerosene heater, put on some AC/DC, and stare at it. I sit on it with the kick stand down and pretend to be going around a turn...in New Mexico. In the middle of a conversation, if I hear a motorcycle, even a mile away, I perk up like a startled deer. I have four helmets, four pairs of gloves, three jackets...one bike. I built on to my existing shed, complete with insulation, windows, stereo, helmet and jacket hangers, and even a place for my gloves. Then I forget to pay the house payment. When I can't ride, I pop in "Wild hogs"... the opened copy. I start it up in the shed and let it run awhile to freshen the air. These are a few of my favorite things. So tell me, this is normal right?  PS. This rant was brought on by five straight days of rain!! |
