So, after several weeks of negotiating, the deal that I had going for a red M fell through. So now I'm craigslist browsing again and I'm looking at two other options, and I was hoping I might be able to get some advice from you guys on which one to pursue more thoroughly.

First, there's a black 2005 M, with 6500 miles, a windshield, kuryakyn grips and endcaps, chrome neck covers, a windshield (not sure what kind, looks like an OEM), and OEM engine guards and highway pegs, with no damage or anything (that I know of).

the other bike is a 2006 blue bike that is totally stock, and has a bit of damage from being dropped while in the current owner's garage.

Both sellers are asking for about $4500 and both are about 3 hours closer to me than the previous bike I was trying to buy. The black bike has some accessories that I'm not really into, and would require some extra time and money to put back to my liking. However, the blue bike also has some scrapes and chips. If it were you looking at these two options, which would you lean towards?
