So after looking at the box sitting on my dresser for over a month now, i finally took the time to put them on. Easy to install and very high quality product, and idiot proof directions! Thanks man  . I had ordered 32'' drag bars to go along with them, but after semi mounting them i realized that they weren't for me. As the guys who went on the Alabama-Georgia ride know, I'm not a small guy, so the drag bars were just to close to my knees at full turn. So I rotated my stock bars foward and re-aligned my clutch and brake levers. It feels like a whole new bike for me! My next step to make my fitty big man friendly is a set of johns foward controls, and shaving some of the seat foam, and finding a little skinny hottie to ride behind me!! . Any suggestions on other mods would be appreciated!  Sorry for the lowsy pic, it was on my cell and not lose up. I will be putting the drag bars up for sale so keep an eye on the f/s section if your in the market. |
