|  Handlebars finally done.
I finally finished the handlebar swap. I got Flanders Super Glide® Type: #650-08231 Measurements Height: 6.5" Pullback: 11.75" Center: 7.5" Width: 30.5" Diameter: 1" On ebay for $60 including shipping. They were knurled and dimpled. Knurls wound up between forks and the dimples were not in the way of drilling. Had to drill a hole on each side for controls. Had to remove the wire cable holder to make all cables reach without any lengthening. Had to rerout speedo cable. I am 6'4", 230 and with new bars I finally got to ride cruiser style. The pullback is a bit more than I'd wish for, but overall extremely happy I did this mod. |
