Default New dragbars and a sweet custom dent!

You read right! I got ambitious today and installed my 28" drags bar from debrix.com, AND i even installed a custom dent with scratches on the gas tank. I am so excited!

So I will post pictures tomorrow of these sweet mods but for now I figured you would all want to hear about it and visualize how good it looks. I am also trying to buil the suspense.

Anyway, the drag bar was the hard part. My friend and I pulled everything off of the old bars. To get the left side grip off we sprayed some goo gone inside and used an air compressorto get the glue loosened. It worked pretty well. After that we had to drill holes for the control housing on either side. That was a bit of a pain, but not unbearable. After all is said and done I am very pleased, other than the throttle cables are touching the tank when I crank it to the right. So if anyone has the riser spacers that 07M50Limited made and you would like to get rid of them, I would love to take them off your hands. PM me. I will also post in the market place.

Ok, now the part of the story you have all been waiting for. The custom dent and scratches. So as I was leaving my friends house I was telling him a story and decided to get off my my bike. His driveway is inclined. Go ahead, put 2 and 2 together....give up? The kickstand folded and the bike fell on it's side. It jacked up a few things. All in all I am very pleased with the quality of work that was performed for these mods. Again, I will post pics tomorrow. So dream of what it looks like and how you want your bike to look just like mine.
