Default Hello from Vermont

I just joined the forum and this is my first posting. I just started riding last year and bought a 08 black and yellow M50 in June. I absolutely love it!! My only mods are a sissy bar and the OEM windshield which I'm not really crazy about. Any others from Vermont out there?

welcome!! I have a lot of family out in that area (burlington, winooski) but I don't get up there much. I did take the bike up and rode around rt. 7 for awhile this summer and it was beautiful. I was staying on Lake Champlain on the NY side, there is some beautiful riding over that way in the Adirondacks if you ever get the chance. There are even some guys from that area in NY. ride safe and enjoy, its a great bike.

Welcome fellow Vermonter. Would like to see more M50 locals.

Let's get together. We can share favorite routes/rides.

Thanks guys. Hey Woodchuck, nice to see there's another Vermonter here. I live just down the road in S.Burlington. Getting together would be fun, if you don't mind talking to a newbie.

I'm about fifteen minutes west of Plattsburgh, just inside the Adk park- not exactly Vermont, but probably a little closer than most vermonters are Feel free to stop by any time.

Don't forget though, that before asking a question you should definitely do a search of the forum. Also, if you new to the bike and/or riding there is an excellent sticky topic that Diamond_Jim put together for this site thats good for newbies and anyone looking to do any of the common mods as well as common problems. Basically it is a ton of reading that will keep you busy for a long time.
