Default Anyone install Throttle Boss on left Grip

I find the throttle boss really helps take pressure of my wrist while cruising down the highway. Did anyone put one on the left grip on their M ? If so, do you have a pics ?

I had one on the left for about 1 ride then I took it off. For some reason I couldn't get comfortable with it over there. However I use the one on my throttle all the time. They cost less than $10, so order one. You won't know if you like it until you try it.

Thanks. I think I will do that, they are cheap.

I have the throttle rocket II. It's curved to fit the angle of your palm. I ordered from JC Whitney.

Yea i have one on the left. I use it more than the bars. I ride 74 miles round trip daily at 80mph and my fingers go numb after a while if i hold on to the grips so i rest my palm on the throttle boss almost the whole time unless it is really windy and need to use the grip. I dont have any pictures but it is the same look as the opposite side. Hope it helps.

sorry-no pics-but it looks just like the right side, only its on the left side
I have the kuryakin grips with the throttle boss on right/left side. Has balanced look-looks good, and actually does help if mounted in the right spot

I do not have a throttle piece on my left side, hence, no throttle related items have been installed. I also have no put a caliper cover anywhere near my back wheel, nor have I installed an airbox modification on the left side of my motor.

lol i was thinking about doing that yesterday morning. both my hands go numb riding. just need to take one off at a time and give'm a shake. i wanted to put the grip spikes and the guy told me that with the throttle boss on, the screws for the spike ends won't be long enough or not enough threads embedded. yay or nay?

You just ruined my next to posts, but I can still ask about putting a kickstand on the right side...

The throttle boss comes with longer screws. I dont know how thich the equipment is that you are going to install but the new screws leave the same amount of thread in the grips as the old screws without the throttle boss.
