Looks great! What HC adapter did you use. If it's the Thunder Mfg A, did you have to polish the aluminum, or was it all chrome?

You're right. It doesn't stick out very far. Here's a comparison pic. The angles are slightly different.

Cool. Hey, when you get a chance can you post a picture from the rear ? It looks like that pipe is sticking out pretty far, but it just may be the angle of the pic.

All the stock stuff comes off, even the rear mount bracket, they supply a new rear mount bracket, that bolts up in its place
As for sticking out, I took some pic's and checked it...from the swing arm frame to pipe...is only 1 inch.
This the angle you needed?

I tried to make a sound clip on the M50, with my camera, turned out crappy.
This is the best one I found on the web, on a C50...and theres lots more pic's, with it.
Video of Sideburners at idle. - Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

After I get the HardCore baffle in , I will try to get a good sound clip, it should be here next week.

Bike looks real nice. I'm thinking about getting the black hypercharger now. Question: Is there any fear of motor damage if a large bug/bugs goes directly into the open air chamber?

Also, tell us about the performance difference with this setup compared to stock.

Nice Job.

I also took a measurement, from the inside of swing arm at the axle bolt, or from top of rear spacer to edge of turn out, it is 6 1/2 inches.

Nice Job.
Im still dialing the TFI in, I started on the rich side, just to be safe, it will take a few rides, to find the sweet spot.
As for seat of the pants, it feels stronger, and pulls harder, how much. is hard to say...but it is better, then stock, thats for sure.
