I don't know, but what is taking you so long to get your pipes? I ordered mine local since taxes cost the same as shipping. Last Monday I dropped by a bike shop I'd never been to before, ordered them and the shop had them by Wednesday afternoon. That's a total of 48 hours. So what's the deal?

Okay, I'll ask the question that either nobody has asked or I haven't seen the answer yet. Why the big hurry?

I had to change up my order, I had been waiting on that hypercharger adapter since the end of May. I changed to a different style the end of july because i was sick of waiting and it low and behold, it showed up today. Seriously though...Thunder's been saying 2-3 weeks since May 24th. Nice eh? I know...I called 7-8 places, all said same thing, 2-3 weeks, sent oneida a email, and they responded in 10 mins, and said they had the adapter and hypercharger in stock, already have a tracking number, but had to pay extra...but when you want it fast, you dont have a choice...lol

After receiving the kit, its not a bad price, its got allot of work in it, I don't know if I could make it any cheaper! It fits great, and looks good...no need in reinventing the wheel..

Default ... here you go.

Even though you get it from "Thunder Manufacturing"... the adaptor is actually from somewhere else that uses Thunder in the name. I can't remember the name of the company (Thunder MotoSports maybe?)... but if I find the brochure, I'll post it. "Thunder Manufacturing", as well as everywhere else (Oneida Suzuki), get their adaptors from this place... and it only deals in cases of product and mass quantities. So when Thunder Manufacturing says 3 weeks, it's actually waiting on an order of 12 or 24 to get the product in. If no one orders for 2 weeks... it can prolong the order. Bigger companies (with bigger budgets) order ahead of time (like Oneida Suzuki). Smaller companies (Thunder Manufacturing) have to wait to get the money in to place the order. When I ordered my adaptor with my filter and all, I received it within 2 weeks, even though they said 3 weeks (begining of February, alot of orders came though filling the case pack easily). But when I ordered my chrome filter cover and the rain cover as well... it took them 6 weeks (ordered begining of June, already late in the season, not alot of orders for what I needed). Moral of the story? Plan everything out now, ask for some stuff for Christmas, this way you can have everything for NEXT season and be me this time next year.... because I was you last year, and it sucked.

WOW... looks like it was worth the $40.00 to get it in 3 days from Oneida Suzuki
