First post ever on this forum.......

Bought a 2008 M50 Blk. in Feburaury. I ride a 2001 Concours, and a 2003 Royal Star Midnight Venture, and my Wife rides a 2003 Vulcan Nomad 1500. I wanted a mid-size cruiser that we could ride, and leave "naked" as all of our bikes have windshields/fairings. Motorcycle Consumer News reviewed the M50 back in 2005 and was impressed. I admired the Black version from the day it was introduced. I have always admired black motorcycles with a minimum of chrome, and this looked like a winner. Now have around 1000 miles on it. trouble-free ones too.

Since Suzuki has a Batman thing (look at the Bandit 1250 too) by looking at the rear fender, and chrome speedometer cover, looks like BatMans cowl. so we figured we would go with this theme. we got 3 of those die-cut batman decals, and put one on the rear fender, removed the tank badges, and put them there too. Instant Bat-Cycle!

Only accessory added other than these are CorTech (tourMaster) Sport Saddlebags. these are the throw-over, nylon bags. My wife needed to be able to carry purse, and stuff to work, and I did not want the old-fashioned looking type of saddlebags that are on most bikes. since the M50 has a "Modern" look, I thought they would look out of place (the old-fashioned ones) they fit well, and look good. I bought chorme saddle-bag supports too.

looking forward to learning more about this bike. the more I ride it, the more I like it!
