Hello everyone. Just bought a new to me M50 and have already began ordering parts to modify and change things. Aside from trimming the rear bike reflectors and bulky mud flap crap its also been debadged. Soon to be depaired, dropped 2.5", rear fender replacement, grips, mirrors, etc.. The first thing I did to it was to cut the exhaust down. I didnt like the way they stuck out so far and I wanted to debaffle. Out came the chopsaw and the bottom pipe lost about 2 inches while the upper pipe lost about 6 inches. Cranked it up after reinstalling the pipe ends and when I revved it out shot the old fiberglass sleeves with a cloud of black dust.....sounded pretty sweet too. Just thought I would stop in to say hi and thanks to all the people out there for their tips, ideas, knowledge and general b.s.
any riders down here on the mississippi gulf coast?
