| Here is some helpful info, on all the wiring. Cut the blue plug off, you don't need it , the bar is grounded. and it is easier to hide. Tape it to the hot wire, and put shrink wrap and seal it, by heating. |

| Next step wrap wires, in flex wrap, going to the hot wire on lights, I ran 1 wire and split it, into 2 , just where it would go under head light. Tape the ends up, and if you ever need to dis-connect...it will be easy to just remove tape.

| The batt. box, nice and clean, the relay and AutoSwitch mounted under right rear cover....I removed the top screw and used a longer one, where the top of the canister bracket mounts, so I could put a nut on it, and hold the relay and ground with to the AutoSwitch. I also just tie wrapped the led, in place for now, I will mount it later, waiting for darkness to adjust the lights....dont really need the led...if I hold the passing beam switch 2 sec's and release...lights come on... and I will know when they are on...lol...I will try to get pic's of that later...if I don't run out of time. |

| Jeff, your bike is completely spotless!! If I posted pics of my bike up close like that you would probably see small animals walking around. Obviously I am kidding but my bike is NEVER that clean.

| Looks great, hey your light looks low on garage wall, adjusting it up, helps out immensely, especially with those Silverstar bulbs.

I found mixed ways to adjust it, some said 2" drop at 17ft, from center line of light, and some said 2" drop at 25ft...I went with 1" drop at 17ft...now I have to bring driving lights up Last edited by 07M50Limited; 07-28-2008 at 09:32 PM. | |

| Thanks to you that have paid for the light bar, I have 6 of the 10 sold, after getting farther into the project and getting cost for time and material, I can sell the light bars for $85.00 + shipping, I'm not in this to make allot of money, the 6 of you that have paid, I will be sending you a paypal for a $10.00 refund, I can also guarantee, there will only be 11 of these in the world, no more will be made. Thanks again for the support, I do this because , I love to come up with new stuff for my M50 and share some of it with the people here. I just cant do this as a full time thing, I wish I could, but I love my job, and I can only do this as a part time thing, as long as it doesn't interfere with my free time. |

| Thanks again Jeff, I can't wait to get mine. Keep the $10.00 and buy yourself a couple bears at the bar. It's more then worth it to have a limited piece for my ride. Dave
