I did find a way to make the fronts work, look back on 1st page, but it takes a little work, it would be easier to find a set to mount in the front, you dont have to remove your rear turns, I was just saying you need adapters like in the rear, sorry, didnt mean to lose you, just trying to come you with the best way to do this

Nice find, and he has lots of 3 wire sets, starting at 19.99 aset, and carbon fiber all kinds, I sent him a email, to find out what size the threads are, and biggest dia. at the base, to see if these will fit in.

The adapter, I made from the front mount, worked good, I just tried to pull the tube out and it wont budge. I still think if you can find a set of new 3 wire turns at a good price, its less work. here is a few 3wire sets, the guy, russd found has.
eBay Store – jag motorcycle: Search results for dual filament.

I like these 800 volusa ones. Would look good on front and back. but are they the right length. eBay Motors: Suzuki Savage Intruder Volusia 800 FULL CHROME SIGNALS (item 220260524570 end time Jul-25-08 13:23:29 PDT)

I have sent E-mail asking diameter and length of mounting stud.

To work on the light bar, the lenght wont matter, just have to make sure the threaded part will fit, I drilling the holes .394 on the 1st one, so 10mm would slide into it, and is locked down with set screws, you need to ask him the question, what size are the threads on them.I could make them a little bigger or smaller, but this is something I need to know, so the turns will fit.

After thinking about your question, the length of the threaded stud, would also matter, it has to be at least 1" long.

I looked at it and I will move the set screw in, and 3/4 long stud will work, BUT, Those Have 1/4 Thread(too small), Im going to drill, the bar 5/16, so a 3/8, or 10mm can be used, it can always be made larger just run a drill back in, but to use 1/4 you would need to sleeve it, it could be made to work, but Im not going to be making sleeves...lol, for all different sizes.

Here you go Dave AutoSwitch Driving Light Control
you want the Model AS-5P... you hit the passing beam switch, for about 1 1/2 sec's led flashes and you relase...Lights come on...do it again and lights go off, or can be done with High Low switch....Its great...and less wires to run.
