| Do those traffic light changers work?? I sat for three cycles of lights before I finally got off the bike and pressed the "To cross Royalton Rd, press here" button! Kinda felt like a butt-crack, but I had no choice or I'd still be sitting there. I can think of one other light that is pretty sensitive, but it is a pretty busy street and ususally a car comes up behind you, or in the other direction to set off the sensor. If this these traffic light changer doo-hickys work, i'd put one on, but if it's just a gimmic, I'd rather get off the bike and press the crosswalk button. Any thoughts??

| I got one. For the life of me can't remember what one or what brand. It seems to work sometimes. I think it has reduced the amount I got stuck at lights. From time to time I still sit and wait and then run the light. The thing about it is it's a very small, very strong magnet. If I don't find the right angle or spot when coming to a stop, the sensors won't catch it. If you can find one cheap (or free in my case) it doesn't hurt...it's not something I'd go out and spend a lot of money on though |
