Did 275mi with the girl today. Checked out the Georgia Guidestones, ate ribs at some random little place in South Carolina, and just enjoyed some backroads, no traffic, lots of sunshine, no work, good day all around. Here's some pics from the adventure:

Yeah, my dad does it in NW Illinois (North of Quad Cities a little bit) too....that's probably where I get it from.

Today I spent some time investigating the free space under the right side cover. No charcoal cannister. Great place for an extra fuse panel and a couple relays to live.

Hmmm......Great idea! I just lowered mine yesterday and still have all the covers off for cleaning. I'm gonna look into that myself. Thanks

Finally debadged it... looks soooo nice... don't have the dollars for new pipes or the knowledge to debaffle, so I drilled out the pipes... not a perfect sound, but better than stock! Hope to take a decent run with her tomorrow...

Rode it too, to work, in 25-30 MPH wind gusts! Not very fun, other that the occasional "Oh S%$T, it was fine!
