Rode to work... realized I'm only 150 miles away from 4000 mile service time... Not looking forward to that one.

I've bumped the Valve Clearance check back to 4k after reading up on it on the forum.

I got mine out of the shop, for the 7500 mile service. $326.50, man they hit me good, but I do put in synt. oil. It looks like I got a couple of thousand miles left on the rear tire. I may change it out sooner for an Metzler or Avon. The front still has a lot of tread left. Does any one know if mixing different brand of bias tires is ok on bikes.

I ran a Metzeler out back with the stocker up front for a few thousand miles with no ill effects....

As for what I did today.....nothing But I did get a plane ticket to go home next week (finally) so I'll be seeing her soon....

Thanks to WOMPER from Ontario for some wiring guidance... i put a relay on my fog lights so it will turn on only with the ignition on.

I also purchased a ciggarette accesory 12v DC plug that goes into the battery tender plug on my bike- so i can plug in GPS or whatever (sae to cigg socket).Powerlet Products

Installed McEnterprise mini chrome rack - very cool,

I mounted my skinny little butt on the seat and rode to work today. Temps. in the upper 50's, but the ride home in the A.M. will be a bit chilly as it will be around 40. Planning a group ride with some friends this weekend as the temps. should be in the low 70's

Took a 115 mile ride today and picked up some stuff from Harbor Freight (40 miles away). The bike was filthy from all the little melted snow puddles, road grime!

Took her out to stretch her legs, and scared a deer from crossing the road with the exhaust on the way home. Feels good to ride and save wildlife at the same time.

Plus some pics of the new turn signals.

Yeah. I found some led strips on ebay then drilled a bunch of holes. They are covered in silicone with an easy two wire hook up. Cost about $13.

Changed all the oils, and oiled the K&N..then drove 250 miles to Columbus and back.
The metz that was not balanced is perfect..not a vibration at any speed.
What to do with these dyna beads now?
