rode to work at 530am for 1.5 hrs. i'm still warm with the 5-6 layers of fabrics lol but my hands are freezing. it's a trade off. wear my bike gloves with protection and freeze or wear my winter gloves and they stick to the grips which makes it hard to ease the clutch out. pipe busted behind basement toilet so i rode to home depot on bike quickly . still waiting for forward controls in mail . might be too late by the time they arrive.

Contact me in a couple days for a tweaked out balls to the wall map.

It's the reverse of the "mechanic effect"...you know, when something happens all the time except when the mechanic is looking for it.

Next time, leave the battery unplugged for precisely 24 hours and you won't have that problem again.

Yeah that's gonna to happen. I had to ride it right away so I was willing to leave the time an hour behind. Now that's dedication, I am hardcore!

Rode into town to pick oil for my 4000 mile change. Put about 75 miles on just riding around. Contemplating debadging.

My mom and dad came in from NYC for a visit so I gave my mom a ride.

Rode it to plam springs for biker week!
Before ride: Removed passenger seat (bought a black bolt at lowes so it would blend in more). Also bought 2 washers at lowes so the rubber grommets on the 2 bolts at the back of the driver seat didnt pinch and pop off.

Rode to San Antonio (Friday) and came back today. My rear end is thanking me so much for the Mustang seat.

If you're riding stock, then I have no doubt.
In all honesty, when I arrived Friday evening, I got off and called the wife (you know, peace-of-mind for her) and let her know that was the best $600 I've ever spent. Worth every penny, and I highly recommend it.
