I did my first oil change.... Got new Arlen Black upswept mirrors.... missed the ride my hubby went on because of the kids and thus missed the hour and a half of pouring rain and sleet.

Can you get a magnetic plug for the oil like on the diff?

I assume you mean to trap steel bits floating around? Save your self some money, head out to a craft store, like hobby lobby, they should have a section with magnets, get a package of rare earth magnets, they are little silver disk magnets, and the quarter sized ones are powerful enough to attract each other through the meat of my palm, stick on of those on your oil plug, or on the filter, or both, since you get 3 in a pack for 2.99. Plugs hidden, are don't worry about it falling off, these things are strong. I had glued one to the bottom of a boot (to trip traffic lights, didn't work out) got my foot near a steel pole and the expoxy I used gave out before the magnet, no more clicking boot.

Kind of, the green is actually Sublime Green, a classic MOPAR color, but its usually done as the main color, with black as the stripes, I didn't want something that bright, so I flipped the colors... I could only find it made by testors in a rattle can, I don't own a spray gun, so I'm painting the strips, and most of the chrome with model paint Though oddly enough, it looks better than the auto paint as far as shine.

Eight Suzuki's rode with seven of them being M50's and get this....One Harley Rider. It only took about 2 hrs into the ride before someone had the guts to ask the Harley rider if he needed any oil yet!

For some of us, they were the first M50s other than our own that we'd seen.

Default Pipes & Warranty

I just bought my first motorcycle. A Suz M50. Could someone let me know if putting on aftermarket pipes would void the warranty?

Ask the stealership. If they fit them for you, it should be okay.... I think..
