Recently moved to the States. Had a '05 M50 in the UK. Now have the '09 M50 here... so had to get... (now on order/delivered/awaiting install)
Power outlet for GPS
RAM mount for GPS
Back Off modulator
OEM electrical connectors for a proper install
Road Burner black exhaust
OEM windshield
Engine guards
More rounded mirrors
LED rear signals
GIVI hard luggage rack with hi-level stop lights
Power Commander V

That's it at the moment. Shall post photos as I get them installed. Need to find a local powder-coater for some stuff first though.

From what I can see the plugs are the same on the V as the PC III (I had the PC III on the '05 in the UK) So I would think it would work.

Not sure why they don't list it though.

I rode it, just like I did every day this week. I love the good weather so I can keep riding and keep getting better. Met a guy at Dicks Sporting Goods that used to ride a C50 w/ VH pipes, had that and a soft tail. Said he had to sell both recently, as a result he's been sick with himself lately.

Planning to try to hit a few spots for pictures tomorrow morning.

Washed and waxed last Friday after finally installing Linbar. Still need to wire the PIAAs.

I'm happy with the decision to black out the speedo, headlight rim, PIAAs and Linbar.

Don't know that I'll use the built in rest on the Linbars...a little high for me. But I can get a bit of a stretch by resting my heel on the stock peg and ball of my feet on the vertical parts of the Lunbar. Probably need to apply some sort of protectant to that area if I find myself doing it a lot.

Other than that - a short ride to Waxhaw today. Beautiful weather!

Paint on Suzuki is CHEAP!

I replaced the front fender after someone hit it in the parking lot. I repainted the whole bike(M50) over 3 years ago with better quality paint because even the slightest scratch would hit primer

After 3+ years the new paint job is holding out great and the new front fender has a few scratches that has already hit the white primer. The new paint job over the old paint job had a set of keys dropped on the rear fender and not a scratch.

Suzuki has to do something about the cheap paint job on future M50s so future buyer of Suzuki!

I've seen other forums in which people are complaining about Suzuki's cheap paint job. The last one I've see was a BKing that was hitting white primer with dealer claiming paint didn't cure properly

Turned the 6 mile 15 minute commute home into a 50 miles 2 hour detour.

did the horrible job of adjusting the valves (barley did any adjusting just dissasembling the bike, although props to diamond jim on the tool, im glad i built that prior to trying).. routed a vaccum line for the GM 2 bar map sensor im going to put on it and figured out where to put it (under the seat next to the power demander).. pulled the power commander III (4) off and waiting till friday for the Power Commander V and my new Map sensor..

Shaved two inches from seat foam. REALLY helped, I'm 6'4" and most of it is in my torso so I was riding high and center of gravity was high so handling wasn't the greatest. Plus the wind. Now I'm lower, much easier to handle, not so much wind pushing against me. I would recommended this for anyone over 6'2".

Has worked well for me also...I'm part of the South of 5'6" crowd!

Nope...that would be a boring ride...Headed north towards Huntersville via Beatties Ford then over to Gilead, 21-South, Harris, W Sugar Creek and back into South Charlotte.

Heard an advertisement for The Dark Knight on the radio and got all kinds of excited thinking this Dark Knight was going to make a movie. Then I realized I was retarded.....
