What kind of info you looking for? There's pages of info on here if you do a search. Basicly you hook it up to your comp and download a map specific for your bike and Mods. Or you can make and customize your own map throu the comp or on bike. If you have a laptop just plug it in and start reading. Did you get the hardware with it? CD, cables?

Default Thanks!

I appreciate the kudos!
What do I want to know?
Well can I get more power with an adjustment?
Can I get better MPG?
Does it NEED to be dyno'd after...or how does this work?
Thanks

due to the fact that I'm retarted i had my mechanic install mine. He said that even if you knew 100% how to tune PC's you couldnt tune it as good as if you had a "gas analyzer" (thousands of $).... just FYI

The unit you have there is the PCIII and you'll need a cable that is usb and plugs into the connector on the unit as well. Then you'll have to download the actual program to dyno tune the PCIII on your pc. I would bet that the previous owner had a decent map file for the bike since he modded the intake and exhaust already. What the PCIII allows you to do is change the amount of fuel dumped into the bike at particular throttle degrees in relation to your RPMS. It's pretty much a requirement when you upgrade exhaust and intake to make sure you don't lean out the bike's fuel mixture, and you'll increase the bike's HP and TQ as well as make it a hell of allot more driveable. You'll have to aquire all the info for it from the net in order to use it though such as manuals and such. I can tell you that the map to use for your set up is M322-008.djm which can be downloaded from power commander's website. By far richest map you can get , and it's incorporates both cylinders rather than one.

Dude you have any questions just ask I gotch'a cover'd.

Yes you can get more power with fuel adjustments, and better MPG as well, no dynoing afterwards is required, but a dyno could build a custom map just for your bike.
