I bought a Big Shot and I'm getting a lot of head buffeting at highway speeds, to the point where at night it feels like my glasses are going to be pulled forward off my face and during the day my goggles do nothing but shake. I know there are two options--either go bigger to get the turbulent air above me, or go smaller so the turbulent air hits me in the neck instead of near the top of my head.
The only way I can see to go bigger is with a 21" Memphis Fats. Anybody ever made the switch from the Big Shot to the Memphis Fats? If so, did it fix the buffeting problem for you? I'm 6'0" with a 30" inseam, so a lot of me is torso. Anybody over say 6'2" ride with the 21" Fats, and if so does your head and body stay pretty much in calm air? I'm really looking for a smooth ride on longer trips, like smoking a cigarette on the highway smooth.
