Stuck in neutral - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

When down shifting sometimes I can't shift all the way down to 1st gear, it will get stuck in neutral. I will have to release the clutch then pull the clutch in again in order to shift into 1st. Keep in mind that it doesn't do this every time.

Is this normal?
Do I need to adjust my clutch?
Just bad riding on my part?
