Dreygun -

i can't mount mine cos the bag would hide the plate. plus the one i got off ebay had the mounting hole was about 1/8 in diameter too small. if you need i can send you mine for what i paid.

-- It is actually pretty easy to grind out the hole with a drill and a abrasive grinding bit. I spent maybe 4 bux for it at Ace Hardware. Once you bore it out, it fits like a glove, I have some pictures of it if you like...

yea i have my tools at work. leave them there so i can ride bike back and forth . bag will still hide it though. thought of doing this mod to keep it where it is AND have a light, using the stock plate light housing.

what you guys think? doesn't look too bad lol and the wires would be hidden running along the sissy bar leg, down the side into the underside of fender.

New pictures of my M50

The flag mounts are from Pro Pad Seat Pads Motorcycle Seat Pads Pro Pads Motorcycle Gel Seat Pads Motorcycle Gel Pads and the blue bag is a hand-me-down from my last bike. It's a Tourmaster Cortech Sport Tailbag. The fork bag is a Bell Frontrunner. The sisybar bag is from River Road. The helmet is the Suzuki Tribal Flame Boulevard Gloos Finish helemt, which I think is acually made by Bell.

Hey I'm brand new here and have been checking out all of your sweet chrome for the last few hours. I had no idea these types of things were available or possible. I will post some pictures of mine soon but First I wanted to know if anyone has seen a WHITE M50? I was planning on painting mine, but after seeing all of your bikes I might not.

Default anybody make a homemade drivers backrest?

I was thinking of just wrapping something like a 4x4 in leather that could be fastened to the passengers seat. Wouldn't move cos it could butt up to the sissy bar and fastened to back seat. Round off and shape the wood so it doesn't look too square, then wrap in leather. Any suggestions?

You might want to look at some of the backseat bags that have backrests built into them too. That way your one purchase is doing double duty. I believe the Kury Tombstone is one, something along those lines

That's one of the OEM racks. I was thinking baout getting that one but decided on getting the other one because I thought it would be stronger and fit more on it. I think it looks just as good though.
