Womper, I see you've found the "Priest headed straight to hell" toon.

Still pretty much stock. Last thing I changes was the addition of the riser Extensions. Oh and I did remove the 'Huffys" on the front. I replaced them with some nice spikes and added some rectangular reflectors to the radiator frame to replace them.

screw back spikes -

The silver ones have 6mm threads already. So I threaded on a 6mm nut onto a 6mm bolt, put a dab of Red threadlock on it and tighened it into the spike. I then cut the head off (it was a 3" bolt) with a hack saw and unscrewed the nut to chase the threads.

The black ones come with 1/4" threads so I ran a 6mm tap down them and did the same steps as above.

The bolts that go into the fender are shoulderd, so I made some from some steel tubing I had laying around.

Great job with the Fairing, what did you have to do to mount it?

2008 Silver/Black M50, Spitfire windshield, Buffalo Hide Bags, the patchwork ones are all over ebay, i bought the jacket a while ago, and really like the way they look, its different, sissybar, black painted saddlebag guards, they don't stand out as much under the bags, and I added some chrome trim to the fenders. There will soon be highway bars and pegs, but they are backordered and I'm not willing to spend an extra 75 to get them sooner. Sorry all I have is a camera phone... just realized the rain cover was still on the bags.. too dark to take a new picture now... oh well

DJ, I'm lovin the colour scheme and especially the seat it gives it that vintage look ... but those decals either have to be bigger or darker cause it's taking away from the sweet looks you now have.

oh and what will you do when you run out of ideas for repainting the bike? (the wife better hide her stuff?)

Yeah, I'm trying every possible thing with the decals and see what moves me and makes me say wow. If and when it does, then I'll get it painted that way. Otherwise they are gone. They're cheap $$$.
