Default Clutch Engage Point

Just wondering what you guys think. I find that when calibrated to factory specs the friction point is to close to the release point of the clutch. I personally like it closer to the handlebar but when adjusted that way there is to much slack. I know it is all personal preference but wonder if anyone else feels the same.

I disregard the slack, and adjust it to release at the point I want.

+1 When I have it serviced, they always readjust it and I set it back where I like it. 30,000 miles and no problems yet.

I like a little slack in mine, just to make sure it isn't dragging.

I like just a little slack in mine on my M50 as well. For peace of mind, I used the instructions that someone had posted a while back that were verbatim from the manual for clutch adjustment. Then I adjusted it for just a bit of slack.

I just slacked it out a bit and turned the clutch lever and mirror assembly up a bit more. Much more comfortable and a better friction point.
