|  South of the Border!
So one of my buddies met a "quality girl that has class and really knows how to act" down in Chihuahua, Mexico. He's been looking for such a girl ever since I've known him and hasn't had any luck with the domestic stock of females. Anyways, the wedding will be this June in Chihuahua. Now let me get on topic. What better way to get to the wedding and back than on my M50? There's a ton of logistical crap I have to take care of, like going to the Mexican Consulate to get a Visa and a vehicle pass, buying extra insurance to cover my bike South of the border, and so on. Plus, I need to figure out the best way to bring my stuff with me--right now my only option is a back pack. I'm so excited about this ride! It's 501 miles each way from where I live and I've never driven, much less ridden, South of the border. How about any of you? Has anyone ridden internationally on their Ms? Got any good stories? Any tips? Best options for hauling a few days' worth of clothes and such on the bike? |
