Default M50 dies

Ok...here is my setup.. have Vance and hines pipes, Fi2000R, hypercharger with stinger trap door. Lately when I start the bike it cranks up fine. but its when that it idles down after warm up it just seems like its not getting enough gas and just dies. then when i goto start it its like its flooded and have to give alittle throttle to start it. any ideas of whats going on? maybe the settings on the Fi2000r? as of right now im at 3.5,4,3.5. any knowledge here would be grateful. thanks

Try these setting on your cobra and see if it helps. 2.5, 5, 3 or 2.5, 2, 3

Well the reason I gave you those settings is because you have to have different settings on your Fi unit when you have an after market air intake. Or atleast that is what I read somewhere. But good luck never the less.

after doing both of those looks like the 2.5,2,3 kept it running but seems its running rough. so maybe just need to play around with it some more.

well glad to know something kind of helped without having to open anything up. Also did you make sure that the connectors are on right.

Its your setting for sure. Your gonna have to tweek it for you bike. What works on another bike even with the same mods might not be the best settings for yours. Glad you got it figured out
