Default Where to get clear blinker covers and chrome radiator guard for 2006 M50?

Just looking for a good place with cheap prices on aftermarket parts such as some clear turn signal lenses, chrome radiator guard and chrome neck pieces?

on this webpage: CTS-0032 - Clear Alternatives Turnsignals - Suzuki All Cruisers (04-UP)

what chrome amber bulbs would I need for my 2006 M50? one has an offset pin and one doesn't.. not sure which I need? I don't want just the standard amber bulbs that comes with the clear lenses because then you can see the amber bulb through the clear lens.. that's why I was looking at getting the chrome coated bulbs..

I think it's illegal to use the clear bulbs that are on the bike as stock right?

1157 are the fronts /1156 are the rear. Whatever you get, make sure you order the equivalent set for each.

Well, despite not knowing where you live squale, I'd have to think clear bulbs and lenses combined would be illegal. I know here in NY, aside from the indirect white lighting of the license plate, you can't show any color but amber or red to the rear of a vehicle- and the brake light/running light must be red. Front signals must be amber. And since 1985, all original equipment turn signals on motorcycles are inspectable- meaning if you had them from the factory on an '85 or newer bike, you have to have them currently to pass inspection. See here for the actual NYS DMV Form MV-529B, EQUIPMENT REQUIRED FOR MOTORCYCLES.

I just realized- per that reg, I'm actually in violation- I have no rear red reflector! However in over a year of riding with the tail mod, I've yet to have any police officer/sheriff's deputy/State Trooper pull me over and ticket me...and the inspection station made no mention of it. Considering I have NO red displayed to the rear when the bike isn't running, I'm sort of surprised (however, I have red LED's in the signals and have them hooked up with a Run/Turn/Brake controller, so when I'm running, all three lights on the back are red, and all three brighten with the brakes). Guess I'll have to get a couple red-dot reflectorized plate bolts...IF some LEO bothers to call me on it!

so people who put these clear turn signal lenses on... do they usually just use the amber bulbs or do they get the chrome plated bulbs?

Well, the factory "Limited" versions of the M come with Amber bulbs and clear lenses from the factory and a few on here have converted to clear lenses and kept the stock amber bulbs...others have used the chrome bulbs, and in my case (and a number of other folks'), I converted to LEDs. If you switch over to LED's, you can change the rear color to red without having a red bulb in the socket.

Also, I did NOT add a load equalizer since the increased rate of flash doesn't bother me, and actually I think it makes it more obvious that the turn signal is on...but since I'm in Ground Maintenance in the NY Army National Guard, to me a rapid flashing signal indicates a problem...the key is that it gets my attention quicker!

It depends if you want to spend a little extra for the chrome bulbs to get the true clear look.. The clear alternative lenses come with the amber bulbs. You can't use the stock bulbs because they're white.

I use the amber bulb and looks good to me.

Everyone would know it's not a Limited because it'll go just as fast as the Black M50's.
