Yeah, I know...I'm becoming a post whore on here. I was looking around at some homemade camera mounts and I wanted to make one for myself. It cost me under $5 to make and it works great. I got a 3/4" pipe mount, a 3/8" x 1" stud, a 3/8" to 1/4" reducing coupler, a 1 1/2" x 1/4-20 stud, a nylon spacer, and a rubber bushing. this leaves me enough room to screw the camera on by the mounting hole and give it that extra turn to tighten onto the rubber bushing to secure it. I am also adding some rubber to the inside of the pipe mount so it secures well to the handlebar. I haven't got a chance to try it out yet while riding, but with my camera, it mounted to a perfect fit on my m! I am also going to give it a quick coat of black paint just so it looks a little better. I am too cheap to buy one of those expensive RAM mounts, even though they would give me the ability to adjust the camera positioning. I am going to try this for now and see how it goes. I promise I will post my first ride video I take on here for all to see! Oh yeah, and sorry for the bad picture, but I had to use my camera phone to take the pic since my digital camera is on the mount in the pic.
