Thanks - John

is that what that's for? Shoot, I can keep my boot away from my paint without a "loop". Time for some chopping block action...

and speaking of pegs, just wondering, is there a way you can move them BACK instead of just foward?

Yes there is a way to move the pegs back instead of forward. I did it on my bike using the Kuryakyn splined adapter and the 4" dual rotating splined offset with pegs. There is now a little further reach to the shifter and brake pedals, but I can still do it without taking my foot off of the pegs. With the full suspension change and the pegs moved rearward, the bike handles so much better and is much more comfortable.

More than likely the "loop" on the left hand side is for a tiedown to secure the bike to a trailor or a truck. Just my 2 cents.

LMAO!

No, only Harleys have trailer tiedowns. It's not like you're going to ride all the way to Sturgis.

You all got it wrong! its for when your goin like 200mph down the free way laying on your seat/tank so you can hold on to it with your finger so you dont fall off the bike......

Who cares what its for? if it is a guard why the heck didnt they put on on the other side so it will keep my boots from resting on my pipes and leaving marks that i have to clean off!

If you think you can tie down your bike by that one hook then you may need to be in a place with padded walls

Anyways great bike have fun guys

<------ trailers are for sissys
