| Hey All, I'm up in blizzarding Alberta, Canada - so I won't be riding for another month or two, but can't wait. Now seems like a good time to start doing some upgrades for this season. I was hoping to get some opinions and tips from all of you on the following: 1. Air Intake, Hyper Charger, Tornado, or otherwise - any opinions? They'll all work generally the same I assume? Has anyone that lives in Canada or another place with fluctuating weather tried one of these? I'm worried about getting water, bugs, or dust in my engine. Is this something I should be concerned about? 2. Exhaust - I debaffled last year, and love it. I was thinking that in order to make it a bit louder I might try to "de-mickey" it. Can anyone provide a how to link for that, and advise if it sounds any better, different, pros or cons, etc? 3. FI Mod - What's recommended around here? I was thinking that PCIII USB one that I can hook up to my laptop, but curious to see what everyone elses opinions are. Thanks all, I appreciate your time! |

| 1. Tornado seems to be the most weather-sensitive, since the filter is basically just sitting there in the air waiting to get rained on. The stories I've heard is that a light rain is fine, a downpour can potentially get water in your engine. 2. No idea 3. PCIII is probably the best since it allows you to remove fuel on parts of the map. Other FI adjusters just let you add fuel, leading to your bike potentially running rich at certain RPMs.
