I have no idea what those are. If they are exhaust related you can get away without remapping. Intake, you really should remap.

Ideally, yes. I use the Techlusion TFI. Mine was set (when running thunder monsters):
g 2:45 o'clock
y 3:00 o'clock
r 1:15 o'clock
rpm 6:00 o'clock

usually, remapping is not necessary on our bike if you only change the exhaust. i ran mine for over a year with an exhaust change with much the same setup as yours. if you change the airbox that is a different story. you would then need to put a power commander or cobra fuel processor on it. now, don't misconstrue what i am saying. it can't hurt anything to go ahead and put a processor on, it's just not necessary.

I agree with outlaw, if you mess with the exhaust that remapping is not necessary. When you change your intake then you definetly have to remap- or do an upgrade to a power commander. By the way how do the thunder city baffles sound? is the bike still loud? I have thought about purchasing them, I currently run my V&H straight shots open with no baffles "I am to the point of wearing earplugs". let us know what you think of them.
