|  Need help finding a good electrical hookup
My wife bought me a GPS unit to use on my M50. I haven't added any electrical accessories since I got my bike and I'm wondering how to go about making an electrical connection for this device. It came with a power cord to plug into a cigarette lighter in a car. I'm assuming that means it runs on 12 volts like a car battery. I tried doing a search of the forum, but came up empty, however, I suspect this has been talked about before. Anyone who can steer me in the right direction I will appreciate it. I was thinking of carrying the unit in a saddlebag and only use when I am stopped.
