| Yes he can.... it's very simple. The existing coat can be sanded off, or they can probably just run it through the line with the existing coat still on (though the now coat will have some of the texture of the old coat). I would go cheap. Sand it off, spray paint it and clear coat it. Do it right and it will look good.

| I wouldn't really worry about heat for the intake. It doesn't get hot enough. But if you have to just use the motor paint.
