Default I want Black Pipes

BUT they need to be silenced (Muffled) or else I'll have the fuzz all over me like a nasty rash.

Anyone know of anything?

Do your pipes have any form of silencing?

Yes, the powder coating is heat resistant. My pipes are the Hard Krome 3" Drag Pipes, they came with baffles but are still louder the the stock ones. I don't know what you consider loud, but I think mine sound great.

I just bought a set of Jardine that were ceramic coating (satin black) at Moore Powercoating. They'll be in today. Below is a picture but I'll post one when I put them on the bike.

Here is the link for coating Moore Power Coatings, metallic ceramic header coatings, exhaust headers coating, ceramic coatings

... I saw black pipes on a cruiser t'other day at the Veteran's day ride. Caught my eye. the whole bike had been redone as flat black powder coat and it looked great. My chrome stuff is starting to look loud and tacky now...

Yep, that's where I am at... less chrome, less rust as well. I am thinking of having the big chrome side rail things powder coated, however, I don't want to overdo the Matt black, I quite like the Gloss black thing.

Oh er, SMURF, have you any pictures posted of your ride, I wanna nosey at your pipes Pleeeeeeez

Does the different length pipes make a difference? Or maybe it's got to be significantly different in length before it starts to make a difference.

She's not into black pipes either. Guess it was her country raising.

When Joe comes up with something that witty, well I just have to tag team. I can't resist. That and because I have no shame. I am without.

Sweet. I love the looks of those pipes. Very nice.

I also like the glow sticks on the rims.

I used that tape on ebay but they don't glow like that it's just the flash. But the red strip breaks up the all black wheels.

Now it's the air filter that gets black.
