Oil and filter recommendations - Motorcycle-Journal Forums

What synthetic oil do you guys recommend using? and what brand of oil filter? I'm going to be changing my bike's oil pretty soon and want to get some feedback on what to use.

I use Shell Rotella blue jug (cheap walmart $18 gallon) K&N filter $10. M50 priceless

I use Mobil 1 fully synthetic every 5k miles

Here's an interesting website about motorcycle oil filters. Clearly some are better than others.

I decided to keep using the suzuki filters since they actually looked to be fairly good.

i use royal purple max cycle and k&n oil filter-every 3500 miles
