Hello, I have had my M50 since November of last year. My husband bought it for me for a wedding gift after I picked it out(we were married in September). I have a Savage that I used to practice to get my license. I didn't want to part with that one because it is a lot of fun. I only have about 1200 miles on the M so far, and I dented the tank already. I accidently leaned it up against one of those cement poles at the gas pump. Man was I upset! I put on some driving lights with a Mapam bracket from Ebay. They are hooked to a 'smart switch' that uses the high beam switch to turn them on and off. Pain in the ass to hook up. Suzuki rear rack. Pro1 mirrors. A big shot solar windshield is the latest addition. I like it a lot so far. I would like a leather gel seat but don't have the funds. I am going to make a sheepskin pad out of an old seatcover for now. I hope to learn a lot from everyone here. Thanks for all your input!  |
