Smile Installed Memphis Shades Big Shot

Last weekend , I installed the memphis shades bigshot on my 06 M50. Installation was simple, but it took a fair amount of trial and error to get everything aligned dead center. Took about an hour. I installed it at an intermediate height.

I'm 6'1". The shield comes to about the top of my mouth. When I took it out, I did not find any of the buffeting report by others. However, I wear a fullface helmet, and there was tremendous wind noise. If I stretched up, it seemed to get worse. If I ducked below the shield, the noise seemes reduced. I went back and raised the windshield as high as possible, which raised it about another inch. The noise was significantly less, although still much louder than without the shield. The vents on top of my helmet are pushing alot more air, which is nice in 80+ deg weather. It's louder, but I think it's worth the reduced wind blast. Much more pleasant when riding at 60mph plus.
