I dig it, but I'm part of the blacked out brigade as well, I'm headed toward a matte finish black paint job myself. Cool stuff, Indian Jim

Agreed. I was thinking last night that it might be cool to have a chrome Tornado so that the chrome exhaust pipes and intake are next to each other. But then, for contrast, get a black air filter. That might just be the ticket for my bike

I assume your bike is black with stock pipes (modified or not ), so I'm really looking forward to your pics. Thanks!

yep. black. stock. I really like black and chrome but I'm not putting any of those stupid aftermarket chrome bits on I think those are cheesy.

Looks great, IndiaJim. A sweet touch would be to paint the tube gloss black to match the rest of the black on the bike.

Nice, did you just take the chrome air filter and cover and paint them gloss black?

It was a chrome intake and flat black cover. I had it sandblasted and powder coated gloss black to match motor.

Got mine from ... Phat Performance Parts - Great Parts, Great Prices, Great Service, Great Website

it is water RESISTANT and helps keep larger debris out of filter.

Thanks, Red, I think I'll definitely go with the chrome pipe and black cover. Now to just figure out how to sneak a $400ish expense (Tornado + PCIII or Fi2000) past the wife

I very much like the look. The hypercharger sounds like a good idea but I don't like the chrome - if only you could get the black crackle finish hypercharger.

The black Tornado looks the business. Next 'upgrade' on my list.

I haven't been able to find an M50 (or even Suzuki) compatible Corsair Air Filter. Too bad - I think they look even better than the Tornado!
