Do a search of the internet for suzuki oem microfiche. Those sites have an illustrated parts breakdown you can use to order the needed parts and it shows you how they go together. As far as where to buy I found that the prices vary from dealer to dealer just shop around through the search results to find the best price.

you're not the only one zuk dude. i took a spill this weekend, and my headlight got most of the damage. it still works but the chrome rim got dented and the housing cracked. bikebandit.com and oneidasuzuki.com both have the o.e.m. headlight available, but not cheap.

i'm going to try and and fix it myself since i'm a cheap bastard. does anybody out there have any interesting aftermarket headlights on?

i really like those duals outlaw. where did you get em? and were they hard to put on?

on a side note, i ordered the headlight rim from eric at xtreme suzuki for 70 bucks shipped. cheaper than anything i found online.

thanks guys. really like that look also. i have the cyclops on now and don't like it. the thing about the duals i don't like is the bracket. i will replace it when i put them back on. btw, i bought this set from an individual on ebay.

How 'bout going with a Head Winds or Kuryakyn billet headlight? A lot better looking than the stock headlight. I went the Kuryakyn route with an Adjure Trillient Blue Dot.
