| Mine is an HJC - cl-sp phoenix. THey had one that was a dark grey with a tribal design that I really wanted but not in my size and I didn't want to have to wait a week to get it. So I settle for this one. |

| To OutLaw: If I would had been wearing that half helmet when I had my low sider at 15 MPH last month I would have had a fractured skull in stead of a slight concussion and black eye, as a result of that I have discarded my HJC CL 12 Full face that fit "comfortably" and got a Nolan N102 full face modular that fits the way a helmet should, snugly. I don't mean to preach to you but we kind of like to have you around to kick around |

| JP & Outlaw- are those helmets DOT certified? If not why wear them-not flaming, just curious.

| Fifth gear streak ![]() | no mines not DOT approved. i know better than to wear it, but i accept the risk the same as someone accepting the risk of smoking or eating that fried food. i know it may not be the wisest of decisions and i know i have had many examples of why i should use a full face on this forum.

| I don't use a dot either. I would rather nothing, but I would rather to not pay tickets also. And yes I have slide across asphalt (for like 30-40 ft) and no it didnt change my mind. |
