Default Custom pipes done!

Well guys, thanks for all the compliments. The total length of build time was about 10 hours. Got some high heat ceramic paint, flat black of course, black exhaust wrap(you can just about grab the pipes while its running)works great. Had to change my power commander map to vance and hines straightshots(no baffles) and it works great! Very LOUD! Let me know what u think of the finished product... if I was to build these for others it would be hard cause I used my factory pipe flanges and cut them out to receive a 2 inch pipe. I think the pipes would be worth at least 350.00... what do yall think?????

Looks really cool, but if you drive by me when I'm walking with my baby girl, and she cries because her ears hurt, you're a dead man.

Pipes are AWSOME man, you should get a patton, or what ever its called and get em manufactored, and they should probably include a free set of earplugs

They are just a bit louder than the streetrods i had on it before, but it is a much deeper, thumpier tone. They sound great, i wish i had a way of putting a video on here so yall could hear them.

Hypothetical situation:
Say I were to send you 350$ and my factory pipes... Would you build me a set??

I sure would, but i couldnt guarantee a time frame to complete them... and u would have to pay for shipping both ways. Easier if u just cut off your factory flanges 6 inches from the head and ship that to me.

question...the custom pipes i take it dont have baffles or packing and they are really short...so what kind of problems will you have with them down the road? i keep hearing about burned cylinders and pistons by doing all of this. about back pressure and how the engine is not made for it by doing any of these. can someone explain this to me. by debaffling , making shorter pipes and what not, will this hurt our bikes in the long run? has anyone had any problems by any of these or do they just tell you that so you will go out and buy new and louder pipes?

A set of chrome JP pipes would look outstanding on Emma.
