I'd recommend you take her to a deserted parking lot or something and practice your panic stops and slow tight turns. Carrying a passenger affects your acceleration and braking, but I found those the easiest to deal with, it's the slow stuff that takes the most practice. The M50 is nice in that it is a very stable, steady ride even 2 up at higher speeds. Just watch the potholes, you bounce a good bit harder than you'd expect, and your passenger won't kno it's comming, so they get nervous.

My wife has been riding bit.... er passenger for a while now and she's become a very good passanger. I can feel her tighten her legs in anticipation of stops in traffic (insert your dirty comment of choice here), and she leans naturally without thinking about it now. The one time I had to perform a highspeed evasive manuver, she handled herself great, held on t. Having her back there also helps me watch my speed and not be careless.
