Just came across this board and decided to join since I have an M50. Actually the bike belongs to my wife but I also ride it. My other bikes are 03 Goldwing, 04 599 Honda, 03 Yamaha V-star 1100. Have been riding for almost 30 years and have had many bikes, too many to list. Bought the M50 for my wife last summer and it fits her good. I really like the looks of this bike and almost bought it for my self but she wanted it just as bad so I guess it's hers. Anyway, living up here in the frozen tundra (Minnesota) limits our riding so winter gives me time to do maintenance and tinker on the bikes. Does anyone know of a aftermarket front fender extension for the M50? If I cant find one I'll try to make one. Glad to be here and look forward to sharing info on this bike.

Skip. There's a couple of us Mine-so-tens here. What part of the state are you in?

Haven't seen anyone talking about changing the front fender, a few have change out the rear fender.

I have an arlenn ness front fender. Might not be what your looking for since I had to fab the brackets to get the fender to fit right. Check out the pics on my album under Emmas paint to see. Sorry no close ups I dont have a digi cam, the wife has it at home in AZ.

Welcome from one frozen tundra rider to another.
Going down to -24°C tonite & -40°C with the wind chill factored in.
Maybe one day I'll get to ride again!

We live in the west central part of the state, about an hour south of Fargo,ND. The bike is black and I'll post some pics if I can remember how. (technology is a little too fast for me) Asked earlier about the front fender extension because that radiator cover is kind of a pain to keep clean and thought it might help protect the oil filter also. I guess a longer fender would work too but havent really looked into one. Love those pics of the custom 50's, they all look great.
